In summer 2004 we made a magnificent journey into the heart of China under the lead of our Si-fu. We had an extraordinary opportunity to experience the atmosphere of laic and temple schools of Wu-shu. The central point of our journey was in a small town Xin-Xiang where Si-fu was teaching Wu-shu. We focused mainly on practising under Si-fu's students who teach Wu-shu at college nowadays. We were practising shaolin staff - Gunshu, Chan quan, Chen Tai-ji 24 forms and basics of San-da. We visited a lot of very interesting cultural and natural places like theGreat Wall of China, Forbidden City in Beijing, Bamboo mountains in provence Henan and finally the Shaolin temple known as cradle of Wu-shu. During our journey which took 30 days we met lots of friendly people, we also learn a few basic chinese phrases and for the most we had a good practice.
